• Represented a subsidiary of national company in the International Commercial Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Geneva.

• Represented the interests of drilling company in the AIFC Court.

• Represented the interests of foreign company in the International Arbitration Court of AIFC in the case against Ministry of Healthcare of Kazakhstan.

• Reduction of additional charges from 1.1 billion (US$2.5 million) to approximately 1 million tenge (US$2.3 thousand) in the course of pre-trial settlement of a tax dispute related to the taxation of agent income in a construction project.

• Represented clients' interests in VAT refund disputes totaling 500 million tenge (US$1 million).

• Defended the interests of a rolled metal importer in a tax dispute totaling 1 billion tenge (US$2.4 million).

• Represented the interests of a subsoil user in a lawsuit filed by the Ministry of Energy concerning the violation of contractual obligations.
