Lidiya provides ongoing legal support to clients, assessment and prevention of legal risks, and representation of interests in court. Lidiya successfully represents clients during administrative procedures, pre-trial dispute resolution. Lidiya also advises clients on various issues in administrative, labor, civil and corporate law. Lidiya participates in working groups of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.


Lidiya is a member of the Chamber of Legal Advisors «Iustus» and the Chairman of the Disciplinary Commission of this Chamber. Lidiya is also a senior lecturer at Maqsut Narikbayev University.
