Starting February 2025, the team of Ravil Kassilgov and Aibek Kambaliyev is separating from TKS Disputes to move to Kassilgov & Partners (KP) and launch a renewed firm and brand.
The firm’s full name is Kassilgov, Kambaliyev & Partners, operating under the KP Disputes brand.
KP Disputes will continue its strategic collaboration with TKS Disputes in a spirit of mutual respect.

The Journey of KP Disputes
- 2015: Ravil Kassilgov founded Kassilgov & Partners, a law firm dedicated to helping businesses resolve complex disputes for five years.
- 2020: Bakhyt Tukulov, Ravil Kassilgov, and Nataliya Shapovalova co-founded Tukulov & Kassilgov Litigation (TKL)—Kazakhstan’s first litigation boutique, which later evolved into TKS Disputes. Over the years, the team achieved significant success, handling unique litigation projects and strengthening its position in international rankings.
- 2021: Aibek Kambaliyev joined the team and became a junior partner in 2024. Recognizing tax disputes as a key focus, we built one of the few specialized teams in this area.
- 2025: KP transformed into a new firm—Kassilgov, Kambaliyev & Partners, operating under the KP Disputes brand.
