On April 18-19, Maqsut Narikbayev University (MNU) hosted the first International Legathon MaxUP 2025 in the CIS — a unique international format that brought together law students from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and Uzbekistan.
The Legathon's theme was ethics and law in the era of artificial intelligence.
9 student teams in two days:
The participants included universities from Astana, Almaty, Aktau, Bishkek, Moscow, Yekaterinburg, and Tashkent.
The jury included representatives of the Prosecutor General's Office, the Supreme Court, the Ministry of Justice, as well as partners of leading law firms. KP Disputes Partner Ravil Kassilgov took part in the final day of the competition as a jury member.
